"Started Gym on 1st March 2017 .I work out 5 days a week. I'm still in shock I pulled this off cause I'm one hell of a LAZY A$$ π
I have never worked out my entire life. I would go to the Gym take pictures & give upπ but I have always followed a diet that helped me quite a lot." -She posted.
"I'm not working out to be skinny. I love being thick. Just wanna tone up & trying so hard to get some sexy Abs π© it's not easy but whenever I think of summer '17 & My future plans. I regain strength & keep going. I have never missed Gym.
I had to challenge myself & get a quiet gym where I'll be able to work out without having to take selfies with a million people π not that it's bad but it's a distraction. "-Vera
"Working out in 5 star hotels is distracting too coz I know all I'll do is take pics all day & end up not working out π this right here was the best move! I never even remember to take pics of my progress but found afew videos here n there & hope I'll get to improve on my second month of exercise πͺπ»
